If you are on a discounted contract, say down from R100 per month to R60, then the will give you your discount off the R100 which comes out at R75, so you pay more than sticking out the contract. I uninstalled ICE and re-installed it, but still the same problem on that computer. I do not think this is a virus issue... it keeps asking : Install vcredist first !! Any idea about solution ?
