Does the Drifta use a smartcard?
Posted on August 8, 2011Neither the Drifta nor the USB Drifta make use of a smartcard. Both of the devices have a unique ID which is used for subscription purposes, but you don’t have any kind of card that needs to be inserted into the devices.
