Once you have used your iDevice with an iDrifta it will expect to use the iDrifta next time you start up the application and will complain the iDrifta is not connected even if you have manually connected the wifi to the normal wifi drifter.

The solution to this is to go into your apple settings on the iDevice. Find the settings for the DSTV mobile application and then in those settings select the option to pair to a new device. When you load up the application again it won’t assume it is going to connect to the iDrifta so you will be able to use your wifi Drifta again.
