No, as with iPhones, rooted devices are not (officially) supported however

There are (were)  hacked versions floating around. Take a look at the question on getting it to work on unsupported devices : j-j.co.za/gofaq

A beter way is to use something like  OTA Rootkeeper from Supercurio (link here) which will temporarily unroot the phone and get you past the root check. Enjoy
